Refund Policy

1. One month subscription - No Refund

2. Three months subscription - Will be refunded after deducting one month's subscription charges if Refund Request is received within 5 days. No refund will be provided if you have already taken a Trial before subscription. No Refund Request will be entertained after 5 days.

3. Six and higher months subscription - Will be refunded after deducting Rs.1000/- if Refund Request is received within 10 days. No refund will be provided if Trial is already taken before subscription. No Refund Request will be entertained after 10 days.

4. Clients Taking Free AFL/ Buy Sell Signals with Annual Subscriptions will not be offered any Refund at all.

5. Absolutely No refund allowed for any custom data / custom backfill or Historical data.

6. No refund if your operating system has issue. Due to continious updates by operating system if our software stops working after any update. We won't be able to issue refund

7. No refund for any AFL/ Buy Sell Signals which is purchased.

8. No refund if your (ISP) Internet Service Provider has connectivity issues with our server. While other internet users are able to connect to us.

9. No Refund if your antivirus is blocking our exe. Its suggested to exclude the software from antivirus
